User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 4dlive platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using another person's account without authorisation
- Using automated software, bots, or other methods to manipulate the system or odds
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform
- Distributing content that is threatening, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others

Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 4dlive platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, and CIMB. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and that the bank account or digital wallet used belongs to them.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to 4dlive's current policies and may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by 4dlive, subject to identity verification and applicable compliance requirements.
4dlive is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third-party technical issues such as those involving banks or digital wallet providers. Any transaction suspected of fraud will be investigated and the relevant account may be suspended while the investigation is ongoing. Funds in the affected account may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
Liability Limitations and Account Suspension Policy
4dlive does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. We are not liable for any financial or non-financial losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
4dlive reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Fraud or suspected illegal activity
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
In the event of account closure due to a breach, any remaining account balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of the investigation conducted by 4dlive.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 4dlive platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 4dlive or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 4dlive.
